7 piece water set includes Pitcher and 6 tumblers.

The pitcher has a bit of a different pattern than the little glasses. I always thought it was meant to be that way, and I read in Doris Anderson Lechler's Children's Glass Dishes, China, and Furniture that the toy sets in the Butler Brothers catalog (1910) have a lined sawtooth design rather than the plump, smoothed petal appearance. It is fair to say, however, that the pieces to this pattern served a dual purpose many times as seen in the various ads.

Anyway, the little glasses have the sawtooth design and the pitcher the plump, smoothed petal.
