Adorable little handled cookie plate in the Flower Pot design.

This measures about 3½" and has the typical crude paint and decal scratches, etc., of the old Made in Japan toy ceramics.

This has the little bamboo-wrapped handle and you can see in the pictures that the bamboo has broken in spots.
