Delightful little tea set from Germany.

Circa 1890

This unmarked set is similar to one in Doris Lechler's French and German Dolls, Dishes and Accessories page 61 and 63.

Service for 6 includes scenes of children playing.

5-1/2" teapot with children in a boat
3" creamer with children playing London Bridge
3" covered sugar with children pulling a wagon
4" saucers - gold trim and no decorations
6 2" cups as follows

2 cups with children playing with boats in the water. One cup has a spider hairline in the bottom.

2 cups with children playing on sleds in the snow.

1 cup with children playing London Bridge

1 cup with children pulling a wagon and this cup has a small rim chip.
